Hey Yarnies, anyone interested in going to see the movie “Red One” about a kidnapped Santa (JK Simmons, Dwayne Johnson, Chris Evans, Bonnie Hunt, Lucy Lui)? The Santa hats were designed by some Portland knitters: Lee Meredith and Jessica Spiegel (@lee_does_stuff  and @InsomniaKnitting). Some of us are going to see it at Cinemark in Springfield at Gateway on Saturday, December 14th at 7:25 pm. Most of us are in the last row: row G. Please feel free to join us! This is not a special Yarnies541 or craft screening, simply a movie that the beautiful work of some local+ fiber artists is featured in. Bring a simple project to work on if you want to/are able to craft in the dark….or not! We can just enjoy the movie together. It will be action packed and ridiculous I’m sure.
