So great to see everyone at the Tuesday meetups (like, REALLY SO GREAT! Highlight of my week great, and I know I’m not the only one). We hope to start having some meetups in the park soon. As always, suggestions for meet up spots are welcome!

WWKIP Day! World Wide Knit in Public Day (AND Crochet!) is on Saturday, June 8th. We are meeting up at the 5th St. Market Alley (on Pearl St. between 5th & 6th in Eugene) from 10am-2pm and likely later if weather cooperates and we feel like it! Options for refreshments to purchase in the Alley shops as well as 5th St. market proper, and many other downtown food/beverage businesses close by. Hope you’re able to come out and craft with us! Olivia set up a Discord group for our club. HUGE THANK YOU OLIVIA! Discord is a way for us to interact and be together when we can’t be together in person, and also a way to connect around various groups, interests, etc. lots of ways to connect. Check it out! OK, for the Taylor Swift fans out there….. Laura is doing a huge Taylor Swift yarn event (not an ADvent, a summer E-vent!). Pre-orders are open, lots of options and exciting things. Check it out here: https://alwaysbekindyarn.com

Sacred Sheep tickets go on sale on June 10th, this is a wonderful, curated event in Portland, held in November this year. They are expanding to have 2 days this year. visit https://thesacredsheep.com for more info.

Finally, Black Sheep Gathering is June 28th-30th in Albany, and it’s their 50th ANNIVERSARY! visit http://www.blacksheepgathering.org to learn more. There has been interest in car pooling among our members. We’ll have to work that out, maybe another google doc sign up thing or something, stay tuned.
